They deliver my clients' requirements, in particular on fast paced multi-branch roll outs, to the highest quality on budget and on programme.   Because they have a natural affinity for both client and myself they make my job easier rather than harder.  In short, they are an invaluable part of the solution rather than one of the many problems to be overcome on such roll outs.
